Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer full refund if the product received is damaged or not functioning.

We will ask for proof of defective product by asking a video clip showing the defect.

After confirming the defective product, we will issue a full refund.

The customer will send back the defective product and will pay for the shipping fee.


We can accept cancellation as long as the order has not yet been processed. Processing time takes 1 - 3 days.
